Customer service can help you with that. Thanks to the 30 day return policy, they process the original purchase as a return, then repurchase the books for you at the lower price.

Did you only purchase the base package just to get the ICC? Is the ICC now less than the price you paid for the base package? If so, return the base package and buy the ICC separately.
Otherwise, unless the base package went on sale and you could get it for less than what you originally paid for it, there's no benefit/reason to return then repurchase it.
Likewise, you would not save by returning the base package, purchasing the ICC on sale, then repurchasing the base package at a lower dynamic price, since the 90-95% discount on the base package resources far exceeds any sale discount on the ICC itself.
Yeah, I'm not going to bother, because I got the base package for other things too, not just the ICC.
