If I already have an Android mobile app account for logos bible, how do I set up a new pc logos bible account which is linked to it, please?
You don't need a new account - you use the one you already have.
To get started - unless you already have some form of base package - "purchase" and install the free Logos 7 engine from https://www.logos.com/product/136022/basic and log in with your existing account details.
Any resources you have, any documents you have created, will then sync between the two environments.

If you have already registered another account, prior to Graham's reply, be careful not to start purchasing resources in both accounts as the resources won't be shared/linked between accounts. Use only 1 account.
