Semantics of "local:" in mobile library view

Can someone confirm that entering "local:" (w/o quotes) in the library search field will list all resources that have been downloaded to the mobile device? I'm pretty sure I've read that in this forum, but all my search attempts (via google) to find such posts failed. The app certainly seems to be behaving that way.

I just moved to a new iPhone. My experience with the Bible app is that even with a full device backup/restore, previously downloaded resources will show as downloaded on the new device but actually haven't been downloaded (the bytes aren't on the device). So I want to identify the resources marked as downloaded and then re-download them to ensure they're actually on the device.

Thanks,

Donnie

Yes! At least that is the way it works on my iPad.

"local:" shows all of the resources that the app has marked as downloaded.
