IPhone app not syncing with Logos...
I understood that my IPhone app would automatically sync with my Logos 4. i.e., prioritizing my books would result in my IPhone app having the same books as priority. My default/favorite translation in Logos 4 would be my favorite on my IPhone.
This is not the case. I am logged in to my account on the IPhone. Tried logging out and back in. No change. I called Tech Support and discovered that Logos doesn't support the function of the program. I find this interesting. The idea that you can spend hundreds of dollars on a program and have no support except for installation is somewhat bizarre, in my opinion.
So, any suggestions?
Thanks - Al

Resource prioritizations are synced with the iPhone app. What is it that you are trying to do with the iPhone app that is not working as you expect?

Actually it doesn't with mine. That's my problem. Logged in, but nothing syncs.

What do you see that indicates priorities are not synced?

Thanks Dave!
For one thing, the devotionals listed. My understanding is that the app will list devotionals based on my priorities in Logos. This is not happening.

What devotional are you expecting to see that you're not? Not all books are available on the iPhone and those that are not available will not be shown. Also, the devotional must be a daily devotional.

Dave, forgive me for a simple question that I can't seem to find the answer to. I'm sure it's readily available, but my searching ability is probably at fault. Where can I find out what books are available on the app?

http://www.logos.com/iphone/support/resourcelist
You can also see on a product page on Logos.com if a product is available on the iPhone.

It says very clearly on today's home page that when you set up a reading list, it synchs across multiple platforms including the iPhone. When I go to my iPhone, I only see "Read through the Bible in a Year" and not my reading plan. Why is that?

I figured it out. The problem was that I had the reading plan set up in NIV and I didn't have NIV as one of the resources on my iPhone. When I changed to ESV, the reading plan appeared.
