Offline access not working?
Greetings,
I am unable to access my resources offline (either iPad or iPhone, latest iOS on both, latest app version on both). This despite my preferred bible showing as downloaded.
I couldn’t find this addressed in the last month or in the forum—apologies if it was addressed elsewhere.

If your preferred bible is the only resource in Library when offline, then you have to download your other resources when online.

A bunch of my resources show as “downloaded” but I don’t have access offline.
I will try deleting and re-downloading to see if that makes a difference.

Did you recently restore your devices from a backup? What you are seeing is exactly what happens if you have downloaded resources and restore your device. The only way to solve that is to go through and remove the downloaded book and download it again.

Deleting and reinstalling the resources appears to have done the trick--should have done that first before posting, and appreciate the suggestions to do so. I do not remember doing a restore or anything (I did update the iOS software) but all appears to be well.
Thanks to all and cheers,
Mark

Offline searching is not working either since the last update.
