BUG: side by side of ESV || LGNTI:SBL always causes LGNTI:SBL to show ALL the data

OK so I have ESV set up to always show the LGNTI:SBL in parallel whenever I open it.

The problem is it always shows these options under every word in the Greek:

1. Greek Lemma
2. English Lexical value
3. English literal translation
4. Louw-Nida entry

This is quite annoying as when I read the Greek NT by itself I set the LGNTI:SBL to just display words occurring less than 3 times in frequency and only to show the lemma, not the definition or any of that other stuff and to remove words from a running list I have of known words at that lower frequency.  Every time I open up ESV || LGNTI:SBLI have to go in and uncheck all of those options. 

I can open it, uncheck, close ESV || LGNTI:SBL open it again without exiting LOGOS and AGAIN all those things show up. It forgets what I just undid! I've checked my other devices thinking maybe when I was a total noob I had that stuff on so when I turn on my phone or tab or something maybe it's "resynching" some choice to show those things but nope; all devices are set to not show those extra things. 

I've been wrestling with this for some time now concerned it may be some simple setting I'm just not seeing.  So here it is. Does anyone have any idea what I've done to make this happen?

This is happening on Windows 10 running Logos. I always update to the latest release.

I observe the same.

Try to update (Edit) the Title of your thread t include the word Bug: at the start.
