BUG: Graphics and Text Doesn't Load in Tile View for Collections

I've dealt with this bug for a while - I keep hoping an update will fix this but it hasn't yet.

On my Mac when you scroll the collections in the tile view, all the entries are blank. You have to stop scrolling to have the content load, which means you go screen by screen to view the content instead of scrolling through to find a resource.
