Logos 7 crashing at launch

hello, 

I am running logos 7 on Mac OS 10.13.3

When I launch logos is bounces a few times like it is starting up and then doesn't do anything. The menu bars all read untitled. I uninstalled and re-installed logos and the problem continues. 

I have tried the solutions on this page https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash I am unable to locate the logos4 folder in my library or anywhere on my mac.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your solution is very likely under "option 2" under the link you provided. You will need to follow the steps very carefully. If it is too technical, I would suggest calling FL directly. 

I am unable to locate the logos4 folder in my library or anywhere on my mac. 

Your system library is hidden by default on macOS. To find it, follow these steps:

• Open a finder window
• Click on the "go" menu
• press and hold the "option" key.

Doing the three steps laid out above will reveal a link to your user library under the "go" menu. The Logos4 folder is found in the path:

• library | application support | logos4
