And February deals! https://www.logos.com/monthly-sale
Thanks for the notice Keith
Pitty that all these are already in my library. Depressing instead of exciting start to the month.
Bummer Mike. I’m thinking of getting the BST OT set but not sure how good they are
Keith
I have them all in print. The only one I've bought in Logos is Dale Ralph Davis' Daniel volume. The others are all OK but I'd rather invest any free money elsewhere.
Thank you Keith for the notice....[Y]
Thanks. I already had the Stott books, so no freebie for me, but I recommend them for those who do not.
I had the first two, but not the third, so I got a great price on it. And it's a really sweet deal for anyone who doesn't already have them. (And to be fair, I've picked up a lot of free books over the years through this program. It's hard for me to complain.)
Verbum's Freebie is also up:

Picked up all of them.
thanks FL
mm.
I think they're great. Perhaps not quite as good as the NT set, but still an excellent intermediary set.

Thanks for the feedback! So I guess the set is not worth it at the sale price?

I'd say the Reformed Expository Commentaries and even the Christ Centered Expositions are better value as expository commentaries. The BST series is quite light on comment. My guess is your library is fairly sizeable so you may find they don't add much. Obviously with the 30 day money back guarantee you can always see what you think.
Me too! Oh well, win some, lose some. Still, appreciate Logos' generosity!

I don't own the OT set, except for a few volumes. For me, and I like them, the value is having a good read/overview when dealing with a passage. I am not there for nitty gritty grammatical or theological discussions, but the volumes I use more often (Stott's, e.g. and Wilcock's on Revelation, to name a few) are good to "see a picture" of the text I am dealing with. You get a potential framework and approach.
As for the free offerings, I only had the Psalm set to pick up @ 4.99. I did. I have the Verbum set, and have used them in the past. I am not Catholic, but I liked a lot of the devotional thoughts and approaches and used them during Lenten season and Advent.
Thanks for the feedback!

I got both OT and NT for $120 on WS and both sets have been as low as $99 together. So I’m ok, even if I only have the NT set in Logos.
This Set is great and you can’t go wrong owning both the OT and NT volumes.
I agree with Mark Barnes who said in another post TBST is better than Tyndale; but IMHO both are great 👍😁👌

Thanks, HJ.
Trying, but the "ADD TO CART" field remains greyed and will not allow me to get it. This has never happened before. It does the same thing on my iPad and on my PC. Suggestions?
Hah! Figured it out - I'm a dope. I already have it! I need more coffee.
