IPod Startup page

Please please can you have the startup page have two buttons!
One must say WORK ONLINE
Second must say WORK OFFLINE
I normally only have wireless at home and I mostly use my IPod away from home.
It's always the same waiting and waiting for it to figure out that no wireless connection it available and totally destroys "The Moment" when trying to use it as a witnessing tool.
