Bible Word Study missing Septuagint results

I recently did a reinstall of my Logos software and today I'm noticing a missing portion of my Bible Word Study guides. The Septuagint Translation panel gives an error message: Results cannot be generated while your library is being indexed.
As far as I can tell, my library has completed its indexing. I even did a Rebuild Index command this morning just to be sure but I'm still getting the error.

What is your favourite Septuagint Bible that would normally be used in Septuagint Translation section?
Can it be opened?
Does BWS work if you use a Reverse Interlinear other than NASB e.g. right click a word from another RI to perform BWS?

Septuagint with Logos Morphology is my top prioritized. Yes, it opens. So does LXX Swete, Septuaginta SESB Edition, and Lexham Greek-English Interlinear Septuagint. Haven't checked the various Gottingen texts but everything is opening just fine.
I did a word study from NKJV and it did the same thing. NKJV translation color wheel shows up just fine but Septuagint Translation shows the same "Results cannot be generated while your library is being indexed" message.

Dave Hooten, are you getting a normal Septuagint Translation color wheel in your bws?

When indexing is in progress, messages can appear:
If diagnostic logging is enabled, then can look at Indexer.log file for completion OR crash. Logos wiki has => Diagnostic Logging
Apologies since was unable to replicate Bible Word Study issue (while indexing of some updates was in progress):

Yes. No issue for me!
I can't see any indexing in your log, though. Does Task Manager show any (Logos) Indexer programs? If a computer restart doesn't resolve it, contact Customer Support.

Thanks! I'll call this morning. My Surface Pro doesn't do it, only the desktop pc. Weird. Computer restart made no difference at all.

Thanks, Keep Smiling! I attached a session log (above your post) but I don't see what you're talking about with indexing complete or indexing crashed.

This can happen if the index for your Septuagint resource is out of date for some reason. Given that you used the Rebuild Index command, my guess is that your indexer is crashing.
Your earlier log doesn't have up to date logs from when you tried to run Rebuild Index. Please enable logging again, using Rebuild Index again, and collect the logs after indexing has completed.

Ok, I've got a new log now. During this log I did the Rebuild Index (3 hours to complete) then attempted another word study. Same results.6012.Logos Log Files.zip

Zip file has shortcut link to Logos Log files while lacking diagnostic log files, especially Indexer.log

I'm sorry Keep Smiling, I have no idea what logs are what and why my logs aren't right. Yesterday I had Dylan (level one tech) and Christian (level two tech) helping for literally hours. I'll be calling back today.

Logs are an explicit account of what happens while the app is running. It lets the developers and techies know “Bob did this; Consequently Logos did that.” Your Computer always produces various kinds of logs, but not necessarily the logs needed to do this diagnosis. You must “enable” (turn on) logging. The files you have uploaded show that logging wasn’t enabled.

That is displayed when it can't find a Septuagint with a Reverse Interlinear in your library. Try using the command "update resources" in the command box to check for resources to download.
