Logos 7 crashes when "notes" are attempted to be added

When I pull down on the "document" tab and click "notes" - an information bubble pops up (behind the pull down tab so I can't see exactly what it says) that I'm assuming says there has been an error and the program must be shut down.  This happened recently when I upgraded to Logos 7 and a tech had to get around the initial start up bug.

This crash happens every time with the notes.

I've attached the zip folder log files as well as emailed tech support with the same information.
