Cold / dead links with 3.0g and Windows 7

I've recently purchase a Thinkpad with Windows 7 on it and loaded my Logos 3.0g on it.  My hover/link feature works in my Bible window (KJV with Strongs pop-ups) fine.  However in my window with The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge the hover feature is cold or dead.  In other words, when I hover over the reference, Mk. 3:5 (example), nothing happens. If  I click on the reference it will change my Bible window to the correct chapter and verse.  I have the same problem  if I have a commentary open with an embedded reference, I can click to open the verse in my Bible window but the hover feature doesn't work.  My Bible window is the only window where hover feature works in.  I spent 2 hrs. with Logos tech yesterday uninstalling and installing 3.0g, checking, updating, all to no avail.

    Any thoughts

    Thanks Bruce

Keylink settings need to be correct. First right click on a bible reference and select the options as below:-

Then check that the hover option is set as below:-

I don't know if this is significant, but my L3 TSK doesn't look anything like the example Dave has (I went to the end of Mat 1 and start of Mat 2). Mine has the older Chap II and the TSK notes are considerably simpler. My TSK showed up when I upgraded to L4 and the links to tip-window work fine. Was there 2 TSK versons?

Yes, indeed. There is the older Treasury of Scripture Knowledge and there is New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge. And yes, you are right they do look different. However, setting up the keylinking options that Dave describes for Bruce can be done with either of them.

Bruce, if you want more information then check out the following link:http://www.logos.com/training/englishkeylink Also have a look at Keylinking in Logos Help in the program. That should give you a good overview of Keylinking.

    Every blessing
