I attempted to take my present PG and to add other sections to it. I did it through the saved guides. And when I open my layout it shows the new sections but when I run the PG those new sections are gone. How do I keep it from doing that? Thanks!
You have to create a custom guide to retain sections that are temporarily included through Add. If you have a custom guide then choose Edit guide template in its tab menu to include those sections.

Question: Is it essential that the custom guide be (only) named, "My Passage Guide?" In other words, is this the only name that will show up on the right-click context menu in Logos as a choice to run?
Is it essential that the custom guide be (only) named, "My Passage Guide?"
No. "Custom PG" will appear in the context menu, but "My Passage Guide" will be preferred to other PG's from the GO box.
