That would depend in part on where you are at. I think you're first step should be to call Logos during business hours and let them know you'd like to get in touch with the local/regional representative for whatever you're planning.
I'm assuming you mean a presenter for a conference?
Of course if you mean training, than Morris Proctor is the guy to go to.
Just give us a call at 800-875-6467 and ask to speak to someone in the Ministry Development department.
