Personal book builder issue

Can anyone tell me why Logos can't import this book into my library?  I keep getting the error "compiling this resource error".  I do have permission by the author who sent me the book in docx. format.

I am not an expert on logs, but the techies may need to see the full log. This may be related to "blank paragraphs." I'll see if I can find a thread about that.
