toolbar missing

Hello,

So this is a super basic question but I just can't find it..

I clicked on the x to close the toolbar that says the chapter and verse, but now I can't see how to get it back.  Help!

Ensure "locator bar" is enabled in the panel menu

That should have been simple.  I was looking everywhere except for in that menu.
