I second Carson and Moo; however, I've found this one more practical when studying and sharing my studies with others: Encountering the New Testament. Very good introduction and survey published by Baker Academic!

Turns out I own both of those in paper and read them very diligently (the Encountering... one in a German version that comprises of both the OT and NT volumes). I liked both, and I would second your recommendation.
If you are looking for the most content (as opposed to the easiest read). I would highly recommend DeSilva's great NT Intro https://www.logos.com/product/2944/an-introduction-to-the-new-testament His intro is substantially larger than the average NT Intro, but it is very well written and provides a lot more cultural background than a typical intro. Carson and Moo is certainly a standard one and you can't go wrong with them. Another option is https://www.logos.com/product/9678/the-new-testament-in-antiquity But really, I love DeSilva, even though some people will panic at 955 pages ;-)
I've taken a couple of classes that used Carson and Moo as a textbook, and found it very helpful.
It is a shame images are excluded though
