I am trying to do some searching of the recently released ESV Systematic Theology Study Bible, but for some reason no results show up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I know you search "All text" from your screenshot, so:
Your screenshot wasn't exactly what I was asking for, but I think it provides the same info. Let me clarify and then tell you what I think is happening:
In the resource pane, there is a circle "i" logo in the upper right hand corner. That is the resource's "info" screen. I think, however, that what you showed me contains the same specific info I was looking for. Since the "search fields" was blank in the search, I assume it will be blank in the info screen as well... I think this means, in effect, you can't search for anything. [:s] I know that one resource was released accidentally with this same issue and it prevented searches. I think FL will have to release an update to the resource.
It's also possible that the indexer crashed, or the index is otherwise messed up for that resource. You can try reindexing just that resource by entering the following command in the command box at the top of the window: reindex ESV Systematic Theology Study Bible Notes

This is the likely explanation. I'm able to run all the searches above without issue.
Here's the resource version. It's likely the same as yours, since I don't think we've updated it since we released it. But sharing just in case.

The support info matches above. Since Phil isn’t having the same problem, it should not be a resource issue, but a local issue with your installation. Your reply to them was vague enough so that I can’t tell if you have tried what they suggested. Did you rebuild the index for that resource? I think you could also try “hiding” the resource and the “Unhiding“ it. If you try that, you will have to hide it, restart the app, unhide it and allow it to redownload

One suggestion is to hide then unhide the resource to download a new – hopefully working – copy. Remember to restart Logos after hiding and after unhiding the resource.
I tried to reindex, but that didn't seem to do the trick. Hiding and unhiding seems to be what fixed it.
