Corresponding Word/Sympathetic Highlighting

I saw a similar post but this is not related to the function that post was referring and I did not want to hijack his post, so I decided to post another. 

When you have the ESV and the NA28 on your screen in the Multiple View and you have the corresponding word set to show same lemma on hover, is there any way to change the color of the Highlight. Because right now it is light blue and there are times when I have difficulty locating the word in the other Screen because it does not stand out like it should. So just want to know if there is a way that you can change the color of the highlight. Thanks!

    The only way to change the color is to select a different "level" of correspondence such as 'surface' (which obviously won't do any good in your case), 'root,' 'lemma,' etc... Also, selecting multiple levels causes the colors to overlay one another (where applicable).
