Suggested Resources and/or What is their status if already in the works?

Hi Logos Suggestions Forum-

My first post to this forum!

First - I would like to state that the Logos Bible software is great!

It's been great reading the various perspectives on our Christian faith over the centuries, something I probably would not have readily done if it weren't for Logos. Keep up the good work!

However from my perspective it would be even better if the following resources were available:

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
Navarre Bible and Commentary (http://www.scepterpublishers.org/category/?category_id=24 ) The link is one of several where hard copy can be purchased but I think Scepter is the publisher.
Ignatius Catholic Study Bible - Complete Set (http://www.catholiccompany.com/catholic-books/1001916/Ignatius-Catholic-Study-Bible-Complete-Set/) I think this is excellent commentary and format as well.
Encyclicals (although its tough to pay for them when they are free
online).

Any of the above are just excellent to have from any perspective and would help someone like myself in conducting Bible Study.

So have these been suggested before?

Are they possible candidates for inclusion into the Logos library? If not, why?

Welcome to the forums - we need more Logos customers who want Catholic and Orthodox materials - but more is being requested and produced. And, yes, Logos 4 is great especially in the way it handles multiple canons.

I would love to see more Orthodox materials as well. I "write" Icons and would love to see materials on that as well as on Theosis. Actually Icons as part of the image library linked with the relevant scripture passages that the icons refer to or linked with the Biblical People feature would be fantastic.

I have several of the Catholic prepublication materials on order but I struggle with something like the Catholic Encyclopedia. It is free on line but yet when it is in Logos it is linked and cross referenced, etc. - although the online version prints sections really well ... something Logos I hear is working on ...

So do I buy that or buy something else that is not available free online ... funny thing is that if it were the Catechism (which is free on line) I wold buy that in a second.

I have to laugh at my dilemma ... in the scheme of things so very minor ...
