BUG: NOTES API Sync Error

I have been getting this sync error for about a week or so.

It occurs on my windows desktop, but does not occur on my Macbook Air (I am not running the Beta on my Macbook)
It does not appear to prevent my notes from syncing across all platforms
The sync indicator on my desktop shows there is an error (the encircled red exclamation point)

I am. I thought is might have something to do with the new notes tool, but the FL people handling that project were unable to diagnose and solve the problem. Since it just started in the last week or so, I thought it may have something to do with one of the recent Beta/RC updates

Fred, this is definitely related to the Notes Tool. The team took a preliminary look at the error, and didn't see anything obvious; it seems a bit strange that your system is reporting a server error, but no one else is, and we don't know of any problems.

I'm not a programmer, but I found something else in your logs that may be of interest; I'll have the team take a closer look at it.

No problem. Like I said everything syncs fine. Its just the error icon is not aesthetically pleasing [;)]

I was thinking that perhaps something on my PC system may be corrupted, but I did not want to start deleting things until I have direction from FL.
