I am somewhat familiar with Searches. However,I sometimes think I reinvent the wheel if I come back and have to do it again sometime later, How can I save my search by name and run them again later at will.

I save them in Favorites folders - details on Favorites at https://wiki.logos.com/Favorites if you aren't familiar with them.
Simply "drag" a Search to a Favorites folder and then you can name it as you wish
