What information do you need to track this down

Every other day or a bit more, Verbum crashes on me generating no error file nor error message in the logs. This can be very frustrating depending upon what I am doing at the time ... I've yet to see a pattern to them. What do I need to capture totrack the crash down?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Hi MJ,

I'm sorry this is happening. I can send you some instructions on how to get a ProcDump, or connect to your machine and set it up for you. I'm going to contact you offline with more information.

If you also have the same Logos Beta installed try ruining it with Set Verbum to yes. And try just that version for a few days.
[[But remember that "Set Verbum to {Yes|No} – for Verbum preferences in Logos. Requires a restart."]]

To any others that are also seeing this please so state here so we can know that you too are seeing this problem.
