Clarify for Logos for MAC

I was installing what I thought is a parallel of logos for Mac and PC. I have Microsoft 08 version running my Mac. I have an IMAC 10:5. My question is should I have two indexing going on at the same time and both taking up space or slowing the computer. Should I remove one. One is 15 hours remaining and the other is 65 hours remaining. Is this suppose to be. It has been running since last evening at 6:00 should that be a concern?

Now, I don't think I entirely understand what you have done. One can install Logos4 on their Mac and their Windows machines (or Operating Systems). I am not sure what you are describing when you refer to "Microsoft 08 version" Did you install on the Mac and also install in a VM like Fusion or Parallels and are indexing on both?
