Problem with updating resources

The i-Store recently did I systems clean-up of my Mac. Afterwards there were on 300 books of my 3000 books left on logos. I have tried the update now function, but it says that my resources are up to date and then does proceed to add the missing resources. Does anyone maybe know how I can get my resources back please?

Try the update resources command. According to the wiki, it "performs an intensive check against your licenses, the resources on your computer and resources on the server to ensure that you have everything."
