I open Logos and when I type Genesis 1:1 into the search it opens the verse and is loading any other materials that would be helpful, but before it completes loading it crashes.

a more detailed description would help. I can see a couple of resources opening to Gen 1:1 i.e. Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, bible, commentary.. So are you typing Gen 1:1 into the GO box on the Home Page?
Does it happen with any other passage/reference?
