On 2 of my 3 computers, it is impossible for me to return to Logos Sermon Editor after clicking on a slide and editing it (changing its background, aspect ratio, or whatever). In fact, it will crash when trying to exit the Media window, even if I've made no changes to a slide. The second I either click on the x in the corner of the window to close it or click on Update Sermon, Logos will freeze immediately, and then close down a few seconds later.
On both computers I have Logos 7.13 (7.13.0.0017) and Windows 10 Professional with all Windows updates installed. I have the Bronze package installed.
I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling logos on both machines. I also tried Repairing my installation, deleting my font cache, and checking for the existence of Plays.TV, which is NOT installed on my system (I read somewhere on the web that Plays.TV is a program associated with AMD graphics cards that is incompatible with Logos 7, and I probably don't even have an AMD graphics card, but just wanted to check.)
Please help me, as editing sermons and slides was one of the primary reasons I bought Logos, and this should not be crashing on me every time I try to edit a slide.
Thanks!
Brad
