Any thoughts on how one could do that? This looks like a very useful resource but it is just sitting there at half full

Robert, not a pretty picture. About a year ago, it (and associated greek volumes) were almost in development. Then production costs doubled (we assume; it was instant). That was the end of that. The above shows the littered battlefield.
Ironically Logos has a fairly nice latin etymological dictionary for 6 times the greek prepub.

Brill resources tend to be expensive but in many cases the value is justified!
