Considering that it may be an oversight, I want to bring to Faithlife's attention that the SSL certificate for the ref.ly host expired Mon, 26 Feb 2018 23:39:38 UTC. 
Chrome browser is unforgiving in regards to expired SSL certificates on HTTPS hosts.
