Logos Software won't open

I just purchased Logos yesterday, and downloaded version 7.13.0.17 for my Mac.
After downloading, I have been unable to open the program at all. It looks as if the application is about to open when I click on it, but then it just crashes or every now and then gives me the message "Logos cannot be opened." I've deleted the software and re-downloaded it multiple times, but still it won't open.
My mac is up to date (macOS High Sierra) - Version 10.13.3 - and I have over 30 gbs available for space. I'm on a highspeed internet connection. Seems like the only problem is the software.
Any help?

This is something you may have to call customer support for... as there is no reason I know of there should be an issue.. although I suppose have you run disk utility to confirm everything is shipshape on your hard drive?
