My email "Your March Faithlife Connect benefits" states that my "Featured Book of the Month" is T&T Clark Bibliography Collection (7 vols.). I received 6 in March but had 2 from February under Logos Now, but I also got 7 vols. from Bloomsbury:

  • Where did the Bloomsbury volumes come from (Verbum Now)?
  • Are either of the February T&T Clark vols relevant to March?

I still have a number of  what I labelled as February Logos Now:

  • The LD111 resources were downloaded on Jan 4, 2018. Are they monthly books?
  • The rest were downloaded Feb 3, 2018. Should they have been removed?
  • All of these remain after trying Delete Unlicensed Resources

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for letting us know about this! Here are some hopefully helpful answers:

    • The Bloomsbury titles are the March preview titles for Logos Now
    • The T&T Clark titles are the March featured titles for Faithlife Connect
    • In the future, there will just be one preview/featured product
    • The LD111 course is the MobileEd course that Logos Now customers will retain access to until June 1, 2018
    • I don't believe the other titles should be showing up in your search. Do you mind re-running the search and letting me know if they're still there?

    Thank you so much!

    Kristina

Thanks for this. I didn't even know the Bloomsbury volumes existed in my library. These were not reflected on the Logos Now page.

Any idea what the product page for the Bloomsbury bundle is? Closest I could find was https://www.logos.com/product/33262/tt-clark-jewish-studies-collection but it doesn't correspond exactly with the titles listed in your screenshot.

They don't correspond in number to the email I received, nor to the titles in the Bibliography collection cited above.

I don't believe the other titles should be showing up in your search. Do you mind re-running the search and letting me know if they're still there?

I still have those, even after running the Delete Unlicensed command.
