Notes and Clippings

Does anyone have a good method of outlining a book in Logos using notes, and/or clippings?  Are there any videos that show you how to do it?

I'm sure there are many ways to do this and might already be found somewhere in the forums, but I'd appreciate any help you can offer on this feed.

Clippings would be awkward. Notes or Word would be best.
