Logos Now discount on base packages
is there still a discount? It does not appear to show one in my cart.

Yes, there is still a discount, but the wording has been changed to no longer specifically mention Logos Now.
I do see a “special savings” description when I put a library in the cart.

10% off the library, 25% off the feature set.
If you can wait (until this Fall?), a better discount will kick in when L8 introductory pricing is in effect. Based on the previous L7 discount, that's likely another 10% off, in addition to the Now discount.
Right now, this info is still on the Now members page, but I imagine that FL will be moving any remaining Now info to its Faithlife Connect site.
