When sorting by rank in cited by and in the case of commentaries showing in the results, the commentaries should logically show first hits that reflect not just passing references withing the commentary (as is the case) but the hits should show the actual topically accessed passage. For instance when I put in Romans 8:28 I get a lot of hits where the commentary mentions this passage in passing and only once in a while do I get this passage as you would access it when you open the commentary to that specific passage.
