incomplete: Getting to Know Jesus Chapter listing

was reading in "getting to know Jesus" by Glen Copple in the iPod touch.  I ended up not being able to study in my desired passage because the TOC chapters only went up to 94.  There are actually 160.  The only way I saw to get to my desired location was to flip through page by page--and I did not know exactly how far I would need to flip.

Has anyone else noticed this with other resources?  I imagine the large number of chapters affects this in some way.
