My personal books show up fine in Logos 7 Desktop but are not listed in the Logos for iPad Library. Is there a setting I am missing or is this is a bug?
Nope - they will not sync to mobile devices.

One work around for iPad (and other iOS devices) is using iCloud for Personal Book docx (or "printed" PDF).
