Scot McKnight metadata problems

I was just searching for Scot and I see that there are three entries for his name. Also Tickle only wrote the forward to Fasting so she shouldn't be listed as an author (IMHO).

    I forgot to mention this earlier but the casing has been fixed on Scot McKnight. Some of those were from Vyrso titles which doesn't give us much control of until after they go live (we're dependent on ONIX feeds from the publisher. It's what's going on with the Fasting title).
