Trouble Posting to Discussion Group
Our Church Discussion Group is not working when a post is posted from a phone. We get a grey box with the following message, "The post to which you attempted to reply could not be loaded." It works fine from a laptop, but does not work on iPhone.

Make sure the iPhone is updated with the latest software both iOS and also Faithlife software. Let us know if this resolves the issue. Also, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling as well as restarting the phone.

Thanks. I am running iOS 11.2.6. I will try the uninstall and reinstall and restart. Although since it is happening on at least two different phones, I am unsure that is the issue. But it's worth a try!

Okay, just uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue. Cannot post from phone and gives the same message. Now I will try restarting phone.

Restarting does not resolve the issue.

All three things were worthy to check and perform. I'm sure someone can get it ironed out. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
