Problem defining a custom search range

I am running LOGOS 4.0b SR-1 (4.02.3.7704). When I try to define a custom search range the text and title boxes accept text but the save button remains greyed-out so I cannot save the range (and therefore cannot use it).  I could not find the issue in the bug list nor in the forums. Is there something that I am missing about search range definition?

New Reference Range must be a valid bible reference eg. 1 Tim. You can then click on Save (you don't need a title).
