I had in the past succeeded in importing my user documents in Logos 4. Since that time, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Logos 4 (including deleting the leftover folders thereafter). But now I can't reimport the user documents. I tried the delete all deal and tried reimporting again: nothing happens.
Help?
