I bought some John MacArthurs commentaries that I am having difficulty to instal it to Logos 4 on my macbook pro computer. The disk wont start the setup by itself, i guess theirs need to be a special program for that.

You may need to call customer service and give them the unlock code and they will unlock it on your account and it will download the resources.

A couple of problems,
The current Alpha has a bug in the 'Scan' command that will be fixed in the next update due out on Monday, if you can wait then that might be the best idea.
Otherwise make sure that the "Scan Optical Media" command has actually appeared in the drop down menu before pressing return (just to be on the safe side I would click on the menu rather than press return".

If you have a disc you probably have a serial number. Has the serial number been activated? If not that is what you'll want to do when you call Customer Support. They can activate it on their side so that you can later try to scan the disc, or you can try to just download the files by running "update resources".
