Anyway to disable the global Windows shortcut Ctrl-Shift-B?

I was trying to setup the keyboard shortcut ctrl-shift-b for something in Microsoft Word and was quite surprised when this keyboard combination summoned a "Copy Bible Verses" window in Logos 7! I get that it could be a helpful feature. But is there a way to turn it off? I really hope so, because it just seems fundamentally wrong, from a user interface standpoint, to create system-wide keyboard shortcuts that can't be customized or disabled. But it's not in Program Settings, so I'm a little worried... Thanks for any ideas anyone has!

Yes! Press Ctrl+Alt+B to open Copy Bible Verses, then click the icon in the upper left to open the Panel menu, then set Global Shortcut to a different keystroke or None to disable it.
