Crash when starting 7.13 for the first time

I installed 7.13, without downloaded resource files. When it started, I skipped synchronizing. 45 minutes after starting (whilst I was scanning resources from another folder), it crashed whilst apparently getting a reading plan for the home page.

The stack trace is at line 1436:
