A lot of people who didn't vote in previous rounds would have to vote now for the REBC for NIC to lose. Not going to happen. Basically I don't think many voters are left to vote.
I'd be a happy camper if the voting was called off. But ...I'd hate to be a Faithlife employee dealing with angry callers (and maybe legal issues) if they changed the voting rules/schedule on the fly like that. Yikes! [:|]

I didn't buy the new EBC, I didn't feel it was worth it since I have the old version
I also didn't buy any MobileEd, since price still too high for my taste.

I love that NICOT/NICNT won, but at this price, I'm almost fearful to purchase it.
You can always do a payment plan to lighten the load. Add a few extras and payment might be lower 😉
No regrets, though. It was worth every penny that I paid. And I have had years of valuable use of the set in the meantime.
