Dragging and dropping resource panels

Just occasionally when I click on a resource in Passage guide I get this:
The simple solution is to float this panel, thus:
That's fine but what I would like to do is have the panel back in among the rest. Is there any way that I can get it back in its place?
I've tried drag & drop but it doesn't work. I've even tried resizing the panel and dragging. Still no joy

Alan:
I'm sorry I am unable to reproduce the problem. I just did a HomePage (HP) search for Revelation 1:1 and was able to select the Commentary from the list of commentaries and it opened just fine. I also tried a HP search for the citation you have showing in the screenshot. Does this just happen with this commentary or any of the commentaries? How reproducible is it? You say "occasionally" how occasionally?
The title of your post references drag and drop, yet your description of the issue does not reference it at all. Does this happen when selecting the link to the Holman book? I'm not seeing an ability to move a link from the PG to another panel in hopes of it opening.

I'm not surprised. It is, as I posted, intermittent. Here, below, is the same resource opening properly: [:S]
I first reported this blank panel phenomenon some time ago, though not for this resource, and I believe that a bug was filed for it. As I also indicated, the workaround is simple. Just float the panel and the text appears. What I was hoping to be able to do was to re-dock the panel into the tabbed resources, but that does not seem to be possible.
Sorry, if I wasn't clear.

Here we go again!
And now floated.
This my evening sermon layout.
I closed Logos with the blank panel, then restarted it … look!
Go figure! [*-)]
Here are the logs if you want them.
