Samsung S8 Update to Oreo changed color scheme

My Samsung S8+ on Verizon updated to Oreo (Android 8.0) this weekend. Now the Logos app no longer changes the navigation bar to the low light color scheme while reading and scrolling. It is back to the normal bright color of my navigation bar even though I'm using the low light color scheme.
