When starting my Logos program this morning the Logos 7 'Logo' came up. At this point it normally continues to open and I can use it without any difficulty. However this time the 'Logo' disappeared and a window opened and said "logos has stopped working". I did this 3 more times to verify to myself that I was doing nothing different and each time got the same results. I contacted Logos customer service and they send me a email showing different things to try. When I chose the links they sent me to a page advertising different types of ways to get logos at various costs but nothing to really help. I was directed to try and turn the program while holding down the Ctrl button and logged in but got the exact same result.
I have created a Logos Log File which I am attaching and sending it as directed. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
