Collection of Hebrew and Greek

Hi everyone,

I was trying to create a collection to use in the Parallel Resource with the BHS and NA27. My idea was to have the NA27 as a parallel resource just in case I am in the BHS and want to see a NT text. I created the Collection but I got one problem, when the collection shows up in the Parallel Resources, only the Hebrew resources appear; the same happens if I am in the NA27.

So, if anyone could help me on a way to make it work fine, I would really appreciate.

I think I did not explain well what happens when I am in the NA27. If I am in the NA27, only the NA27 copies appear in the Parallel Resources, inside of my "Hebrew Greek" collection.

Why would the NA27 show when you are open to an Old Testament passage?

To expand on what Robert said, the Parallel resources menu only lists
resources that have a matching reference for the current reference.
When the current reference is Psalm 75:11, the Parallel resources menu lists all resources that have Psalm 75:11. NA27 will not be one of them.

Thank you very much for your replies.

With Todd's explanation I now understand better the concept of the parallel resources in L4. Actually I was making a couple of tests with parallel resources and was hoping to be able to do something similar to the serial resource association from L3. There I could have my BHS open and if I wanted to access a NT text I could just type the reference in the BHS and it would switch to NA27 automatically.

I put this questions here just to ensure that I am not missing anything in the settings of Collection and use of parallel resources.

And don't I wish, like you, that we could still do that! Sadly, we can't … yet. Perhaps it will be restored, because it was a really useful thing to be able to do! And Logos 4 is poorer without it [:(]

Logos 4 doesn't have this capability. You could go to the UserVoice suggestion site and vote for this feature to be added:

I put my 4 votes in the UserVoice suggestions now. It is only in the 40th place but maybe, one day, we will get it in L4.
