it does not appeare in L4,
Dear Whyndell,
my only suggestion is to keep trying.
Mine has shown up in l4 after first putting it in L3, synchronizing licenses and then scanning to the L3 resource folder.
Hope it soon works for you, brother.

Sometimes you need to call Logos - this may be one of those times.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Let me know what response you get . . . I am having the same problem with the same resource.

I called on this the other day and after several minutes, nearly an hour, they were unable to help, I was told that it must be a book that isn't ready for L4.
Well I closed L3 and reopened it. It then asked me to authenticate the ESV library and when I did that I synchronized my licenses and then it worked.

No such luck here . . . I can view it fine in L3, but it has never showed up in L4 . . . I've tried scanning and even putting the actually file into the appropriate folder and erasing the db file.

Mine finally showed up but only after I loaded another cd in L3- it caused both serial #'s to register- don't ask me why- but now it shows up in L4 as well.
Spooky huh! [6]

In L3, when you go to "Tools, Library Management, Expiring Licenses" does it say that you need to activate your ESV demo CD license ?

Yes, it appears they are included in the ESV Demo product from Crossway. My apologies that we weren't aware of this when you called. We in support are not always notified of everything included in 3rd party products, and with 11,000 resources in our format we sometimes get confused. Once the ESV Demo is activated, you should have access in both systems.
For anyone else having this issue, the ESV Demo should have an embedded serial number, so if you're not finding these resources, you may want to run Setup.exe off your Crossway disc, then Libronix should prompt you to activate, which will in turn activate to Logos 4 so that you can access it in both systems. If that doesn't work, or if you're using a Mac (which doesn't run Setup.exe), just give Customer Service a call and they'll help you activate it manually (I'll make sure we are all aware of the issue on our end).
Thank you for your patience with us,
Mike

No problem, though I wish the woman I talked to would have listened to me instead of just telling me she couldn't help me. I tried to tell her about the ESV demo deal but she wasn't having it. She was convinced it was a PBB or something even though I tried explaining to her the situation. I appreciate all the hard work you guys do but sometimes it seems that customer service personnel forget that the customer isn't completely incompetent.

I finally got mine to work.
For me at least, the problem was not solved until I installed new cd books into L3, so I could have them in L4. Even though I was previously able to access them in L3, I had noticed there was not an Activation Code in the Account Summary where the Demo is listed. When I installed the new books . . . the Demo got and activation code and then L4 picked it up . . .

Mine did the same thing- looks like it would have registered when Libronix downloaded and installed license.
